This policy covers personal data UNLIMITED SERVICES LIMITED handles as a controller — that is, data about visitors to this website, people who enquire, and the contacts of our clients.
It does not cover personal data we process on behalf of a client when running their campaigns, tracking or email platforms. For that we act as a processor and the client is the controller; that processing is governed by the Data Processing Addendum.
Because this website is directed at businesses in the European Union and the EEA, the GDPR applies to this processing under Article 3(2), even though we are established outside the EU.

We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels on our own website.

Transfers of EU personal data to us are made under the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted under Article 46 GDPR, with the additional measures described in section 8. Under Articles 15 to 22 GDPR you may request access to your data and a copy of it, rectification of anything inaccurate, erasure, restriction of processing, and portability of what you provided; and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting what was lawful before.

We use encrypted connections throughout, multi-factor authentication on every account that supports it, access limited to what each task requires, encrypted storage for client material, and regular backups. Access to client advertising and data platforms is held individually and revoked when an engagement ends.
No system is perfectly secure. Where a breach is likely to result in a risk to your rights, the competent supervisory authority is notified within 72 hours under Article 33 GDPR, and you are informed directly where the risk is high.
If you are in the EU or the EEA, you may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of the country where you live or work. You may do this regardless of any complaint made to us.
We make no automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you.
Our services are directed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we hold such data, write to info@marketeragency.online and we will delete it.
We may update this policy. The current version is the one on this page, and we tell clients directly where a change materially affects how their data is handled.
